This CD features Rob talking you through some relaxation exercises including the Body Scan which is a well known technique used in mindfulness. It focuses attention on physical sensations in the body and can help you to locate and relieve stress and tensions within the body and in turn help you to remain more relaxed, both physically and mentally. It is recommended that you find a quiet space where you can preferably sit or lie down and not be disturbed whilst listening to this CD.
